Past Life Regression

What is Past Life Regression (PLR)?

Past Life REgression is a gentle form of hypnosis which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Life today is so busy and ‘noisy’ that these memories are usually concealed beneath the noise of everyday thoughts. A PLR session guides you out of the noise and into a deeply quiet yet peaceful state where it’s far easier to locate the memories held in your subconscious mind.

Past life regression can help you to:

  • Reconnect with past experiences
  • Help you understand why you feel a deep connection with certain geographical places or food
  • Identify physical ailments you may have which may be remnants of past life experiences
  • Explore unresolved emotions which have carried through to this lifetime creating fears or beliefs which you have been unable to explain
  • Acknowledge and embrace the key lessons through the past lives

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you trained in Past Life Regression?
Yes, I was trained by Dr. Brian Weiss, the Weiss Institute in 2003. Throughout these years, I have worked with many clients to release fears/phobias, clear physical trauma and offer clarity to otherwise confusing issues.

Is this process safe?
Yes, you will be safe throughout the entire process as I will gently guide you into a state of relaxation as well as your past lives.

Will you remember the regression?
Yes, you will remember everything as I guide you though this journey. Past Life Regression is not like stage hypnosis – you won’t be doing anything you don’t remember. You will be aware throughout the session in a deeply relaxed state. As you proceed through your journey, I will be your guide, asking you questions and you will answer me with the thoughts and feelings that come to your awareness. All you need to do is relax and allow whatever comes to your mind.

Can I choose which past life to remember?
No, your subconscious mind will take you where it wants to go. You will remember various past life memories and it’s your subconscious mind that will choose which ones to visit during your regression.

What will you encounter during the session?
Some people discover lives that they have shared with people in past lives that they have a close bond with in present day life. Others are drawn to certain places or countries that they immediately feel comfortable and familiar with. Others have a heightened sense of smell or affinity to certain food. Each life explored is a journey as well as an adventure.

Am I guaranteed to go back into time and have a past life regression?
Not everyone has a past life regression. Sometimes an individual has a belief that past lives don’t exist or are fearful of what their journey will discover so they block the past life experience and don’t allow their mind to surrender to the experience. All you need is an open mind and a curiosity about the subject.

How long does a Past Life Regression session last?
The length of the session will be determined by what unfolds during the session. You should, however, allow 2 hours for this session, as I will talk with you before the session and after the session to discuss your experience. Every session is unique!
